Looking for Procurement Manager, Raw Materials- (Iron, Coke, Coal, Fuels, LPG)

we  have a urgent opening with a Steel Manufacturing Company as a Manager - Procurement at Abu Dhabi (Raw Material Procurement)

Procurement of material/services as per Material Management Policy guide lines within site authorise limit.

Responsibilities:
• Raw Material procurement like Iron ore, Epoxy, Coke, Coal, Lime, Cement etc.
• Procurement of Fuels i.e. FO, HSD, LDO & LPG.
• Procurement of ARC, ROL and list price items.
• Overall responsibility of job order/service orders for day-to-day operation of the plant
• Procurement of Emergency requirement for plant & small value procurement.
• Finalisation of Annual rate contract for the following job work-
a) Electrical
b) Civil
c) Mechanical
• Finalisation of AMC’s
• Convestion of ROL /List price items in rate contract.
• Vendor development for the job work.
• Benchmarking with the other industries i.e. Fuel & high value items.
• Conversion of Job Indent/Purchase Indent to order within 15 days.
• Follow up and arranging material within stipulated delivery schedule.
• Stock monitoring for the critical items for the plant i.e. Fuels, Lubricants and Cement etc.
• Asstt. HOD in standardization of Procurement Process & Fixation of Procurement Norms.
• ISO Documentation and compliances of ISO Manual within the Materials Management Policy Guidelines.
• Standardisation of Purchase Indent / work Indent processes.

Qualification and Experience-
• BE with 8-14 year of experience

18-20 Lpa + Bachelor Accommodation, Transport (to and Fro from Co. to Resi. And back), Food, etc.
